Emma Scattergood is a senior lecturer in Writing, Editing and Publishing, a journalist, author, copywriter and a workshop facilitator. She has an MA in Critical and Creative Writing, is trained in Reflective Writing for Personal and Professional development, as well as in Mindfulness, and has been combining writing and teaching for almost 20 years. She is also the Editorial director of the Fresher Writing Prize, and Fresher Publishing, which supports and launches new writers.
Professional bodies include: Society of Authors; The National Association of Writers in Education; British Wheel of Yoga.

Space to Write is based in Christchurch, Dorset (where classes are run in a beautiful location, overlooking the water) and at Halcyon Cottage, West Lulworth, Dorset (a short walk from Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door) our lovely writing retreat.
Emma will also travel to your business, or can suggest an inspirational off-site location (often by a beach!), in order to deliver workshops to your staff.
